I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and specialize in treating couples and families with young children and adolescents. I also provide individual therapy to clients with depression and anxiety. I begin every case by getting to know each client and ask questions in order to build a rapport and a trusting relationship. As the sessions progress, I explore further and help clients find solutions to their problems within themselves.

I am interactive and engage clients in a comfortable conversation, while helping them build on their strengths and accomplish their goals of therapy. My clients find my personalized approach very effective, since every person is different and requires a therapy plan customized to his/her needs and wishes.

I have a Master's of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. In addition, I have over twenty years of experience teaching a variety of ages: from children to adults, including adults from different ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds. This experience gives me a considerable advantage in my practice.
